Anna Petryk, M.D.
Dr. Petryk is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics. She also holds a joint appointment in the Department of Genetics, Cell Biology and Development. Dr. Petryk attended medical school in Wroclaw, Poland and Dundee, U.K. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Miami Children's Hospital and Pediatric Endocrinology Fellowship at Duke University. Dr. Petryk provides clinical care in general pediatric endocrinology, with special interest in endocrine late effects in long-term survivors of childhood cancer and/or bone marrow transplantation, including growth, pubertal development, and thyroid function. She is also involved in clinical studies that address growth and puberty in international adoptees and endocrine function in children with Fanconi anemia.
