Neurology


The physicians in the Division of Clinical Neuroscience evaluate and treat children with a variety of neurological problems including:

1. Movement Disorders
2. Neurogenetic and neurodegenerative diseases
3. Peripheral neuropathies
4. Muscle disease
5. Cerebral palsy
6. Epilepsy and other paroxysmal disorders
7. Complications of prematurity
8. Headache
9. Nervous system infections

In addition, the Developmental Pediatrics Group provides diagnostic and management services for children with autism and learning and behavior disorders.

Many children with complex neurological and behavioral problems receive coordinated care from the staff physicians, neuropsychologists, and specialty pediatric neurology nurses.
